The Village of Royal Palm Beach has made streamlining Building Permits and the Planning & Zoning Development Approval Process a priority for homeowners, contractors and design professionals.
We have replaced our old paper-based Application Submittal and Plan Review Process with a new electronic-based e-Plan Review System called ProjectDox. Our new e-Plan System offers a way to apply and submit plans for a Building Permit or Development Approval online.
Engineers, Contractors and Residents who have an application plan review going through the new online process will be able to see where their application and plans are in the review process, ask questions, receive change orders, submit updates, and more.
