We encourage you to visit DemandStar to retrieve bid documents, plans, bid tabulations and awards.

Respondents are advised that DemandStar is the preferred sourcing of notices, addendums, bids and other communications. The Village of Royal Palm Beach is not under any obligation and does not guarantee that bidders will receive email notifications concerning the posting, amendment or close of solicitations.

It shall be the responsibility of each bidder, during and prior to bid submittal to visit DemandStar or to contact the Clerk’s Office to determine if any addendums or other communications were issued and to obtain such documents.
