2026 Municipal Election Information
The Village of Royal Palm Beach Municipal Election is nonpartisan and is held on the second Tuesday in March. Pursuant to the Village Charter, Section 4, the selection of members of the Village Council and Mayor shall be by groups to be known as Groups 1, 2, 3, and 4 and the Mayor. The councilmen in Groups 1, 3 and the Mayor shall be elected in the even years, and the councilmen in Groups 2 and 4 shall be elected in the odd years for two year terms.
2026 ELECTION INFORMATION
The Village of Royal Palm Beach's next Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026.
The seats up for election are:

Group #1
Group #3
QUALIFYING PERIOD
At the close of qualifying, 5:00 p.m., November 12, 2025, the Village of Royal Palm Beach is submitting the following names as candidates for the Municipal Election on March 10, 2026.
Mayor Jeff Hmara has qualified for the Mayor Seat and is unopposed.
Group #1 Adam Miller
(Vote for One) Selena S. Samios
Group #3 Steve Avila
(Vote for One) Sylvia L. Sharps
UPDATE: Group #3
Steve Avila withdrew his candidacy for the Village of Royal Palm Beach Council, Group #3 on January 13, 2026. Subsequently, Group #3 will not appear on the March 10, 2026 Village of Royal Palm Beach Municipal Election Ballot.
Sylvia L. Sharps is unopposed as of January 13, 2026 following Steve Avila's withdrawal of candidacy. Subsequently, Group #3 will not appear on the March 10, 2026 Village of Royal Palm Beach Municipal Election Ballot.
